2028 4-Star Elite Safety Jalen Flowers (84th Natl. 8th Pos.) dropped his Top 12 with Notre Dame, making the cut alongside Ohio State, Oklahoma, LSU, Georgia, Texas, Miami, Oregon, Washington, UCLA, USC, and Cal.

Flowers is a 6-2 180lbs Safety out of Palos Verdes High School (CA). He holds 37 D1 offers. He is set to visit Notre Dame on November 7th for the Miami game.
