2028 4-Star IOL Joey Fleming (36th Natl. 4th Pos. 1st State) names Notre Dame in his Top 7 teams along side Alabama, Oklahoma, Vanderbilt, LSU, Ohio State, and Clemson.
Fleming is a 6-5 280lbs IOL out Huntsville (AL) He is the #1 player in the state of Alabama for the 2028 class and after watching his Hudl highlights it’s easy to see why. He is scheduled to be at Notre Dame on November 7th for the Miami game.
